I'm going to bottle my pumpkin ale in about 2 weeks and I wanted to put some more pumpkin spice into the beer on bottling day. I was thinking of putting a tsp of pumpkin spice into the boiled priming sugar then putting that into the bottling bucket with the beer. Is this a good idea?

It's not a bad idea, just be careful not to over spice the beer. Your definition of over spicing will vary from mine depending on how much spice you like. I personally prefer my pumpkin ales to be balanced between spice and actual pumpkin flavor.

Thank you. I think I'm going to stay on the safe side and only do a half teaspoon of pumpkin spice in the priming sugar mix on bottling day
