Hi there. I'm making an oatmeal stout and want to add a little pumpkin spice flavor to it. I'm not using actual pumpkins and am just looking for a little something. I've read to use either a pumpkin pie spice, or a mix of clove, cinnamon and other spices towards the end of the boil. My question would be when and how much? Should I do it with 5 min left? Wait until secondary? Should I add more spice than a regular since its a stout? Thanks for your help!
