My bottled Pumpkin Ale was well carbed the first two weeks but now is flat.

I want to add corn sugar to the bottles although it will be a PITA,

Any advice on how much to add to each bottle since I dont want to risk dumping it all into the bottling bucket and reprime and bottle.

Side note - this is my first batch that didnt stay carbed. I primed with DME as a test and think that may be the reason it is this way.

It doesn't make much sense that your beer lost carbonation in the bottles after it was well carbed. If your cap is sealed tightly, no CO2 should be lost. DME is perfectly fine for carbing, so that isn't the issue. I'm really not sure here without more info, but something isn't quite right.

Im going to leave them another week or two after tipping each bottle to wake them up. I really liked the flavor with the DME.
