I am going to brew a porter tomorrow and was wondering about increasing the gravity. Would it make it a stout ten instead of a porter and what would be the best way to up the gravity. Here is my recipe.

Recipe Specifications
--------------------------
Batch Size: 5.00 gal
Boil Size: 6.50 gal
Estimated OG: 1.050 SG
Estimated Color: 27.6 SRM
Estimated IBU: 35.4 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: - %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amount Item Type % or IBU
7.04 lb Light LME (4.0 SRM) Extract 82.35 %
0.75 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 8.82 %
0.75 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 8.82 %
0.25 oz Warrior [15.00 %] (60 min) Hops 14.4 IBU
1.00 oz Williamette [5.50 %] (60 min) Hops 21.0 IBU
4.00 oz Dutch Bros Coffee (Secondary 4.0 days) Misc
1 Pkgs Irish Ale (Wyeast Labs #1084) Yeast-Ale

I have a lb. of each of the specialty grains, but was only planning on using 3/4 lbs unless I should do it all

All input is appreciated

Use more LME, but you may need to bump your chocolate and caramel to compensate. You also need to adjust your IBUs so the beer is still balanced, don't use more LME if you don't have extra hops.
