CO poisoning has 2 side - production and ventilation. If you are going to brew in your garage, please take a minute to dial in your burner. All propane burners are going to produce some CO, but properly adjusted burner will be dramatically cleaner.

So I'm an idiot.

Decided to keep burner in driveway. Here was my process (which I'm still doing at this very moment).

38 degrees so I figured might as well.
Mashing in driveway.
No anchor for bag, duh. And, couldn't get my brain around how to use the pulley in garage last time while kettle was on stand. Had to take kettle off stand anyway to use pulley. So...
Brought to strike temp, brought kettle in sealed garage for dough in and hour mash.
Used this time to convert a mini fridge to FC. little more spacious than current FC so I said F it. Pulled door panel off and Velcro the rubber sealing stuff back into door. Taped up my reptile heating wire and pulled bag for drain. 15 minutes then squeezed it.
Kettle brought back on stand in driveway for boil.
Sanitized bucket.
At flame out, kettle going back inside for immersion chilling.

Pretty much hitting all the steps I need to hit and damn efficiently at that. Having a great brew day with peace of mind for safety sake. Albeit, moving kettle more than I'd like to but I'll deal with it.

Happy brew year!
