Well, brewed batch #2 and #3 this past Friday. Who Hoo! Now the waiting game continues. Batch #1, 9 days in fermenter. Clearing nicely now:tank:.

Primary #1 : 1st batch run - Oktoberfest (Extract) - High initial ferment temps. Active fermentation only lasted 16 hours. went from 1.042 to 1.016 in 16 hours.
Primary #2 :Coopers English Bitter (Extract)
Primary #3 :2nd run Oktoberfest (Extract) , Had second kit so might has well make it. Controlled ferment temps, active fermentation is longer.

Planning : Dunno yet, all fermenters occupied
Drinking : Blue Moon Brewers Fall Pack

Congrats on your batches. Like pappers said, waiting is the hardest part, but it is worth it in the long run.

I found that doing the "Fermenting Dance" helps pass the time. It also helps make the beer clear up better....

Congrats on your success
