Hello, I have a custom made non alcoholic Fruit Beer recipe that I have done twice and I enjoy making it but it does not last very long and turns gassy real quick.
Makes 1 Gallon or can be diluted to make more
Bill:
2 pounds of grated Ginger
3 pounds of frozen Blueberries
Directions
Boil Ginger for 1 hour
Add Blueberries to Ginger wort and boil for another hour.
Cool and add yeast/sugar to carb
The only thing I can figure is that I am degrading the Blueberries too much during the boil... I use the Ginger as if it was a hop and how it cleans a wort...
What should I do? Add fruity Hops? Mash the blueberries without heat?
