Problem

I had a batch of Pilsner blow up. About a gallon on the ceiling. Anyway, this batch has turned out a total drain dump. The result is a beer that strangely has a syrupy texture. The taste isn't noticibly off, just strange texture. I pretty well decided that this batch had some sort of contamination. My first outright failure though.
