I am preparing to bottle a 3 gallon batch of Saison and I am unsure of the amount of corn sugar to use for priming. Based on the amount I used in my previous 5 gallon batch I am estimating 6-7 tablespoons. Does this sound correct? Do I need to make any considerations based on this style? Any advice is most appreciated.

You should be basing your priming on volume of beer in your bottling bucket, the highest temp the beer got to after fermentation ended, and the style. Go here for a good carbonation calculator.

also you should base your priming on weight not volume. you can fit significantly more sugar in a measuring cup if you compress it.
