Has anybody used Juice Concentrates instead of Sugar at bottling? I wanted to try some new things and am interested in this idea. I've began researching, but still have a lot to learn.
I'd like to hear about anybody's experiences with this.
From my calculations, it looks like you would need a lot of concentrate to make up the sugar amount need for carbonation.

Any help/tips/stories would be appreciated!

yes i have done it with great results just use the amount of sugar in the serving size to determine how much to add for bottling. it will probably be a bit more then you think.
Also it took a bit longer for the crab to build up. i had waited 2 months for some bottles to even get a fizz. that was with mixed fermentation yeasts.
