I'm currently fermenting a Maple Brown ale. Originally I was going to prime with 1/2 cup of DME and 1/2 cup of Maple syrup. I had an Idea to prime with Brown sugar and Maple syrup but I'm having trouble figuring out how much brown sugar to use knowing that it is approx 109.9% relative to corn sugar VS the 65% relative to corn sugar DME is. Don't want to end up with bottle bombs after 5 weeks of fermenting and conditioning any suggestions?
