Hi All,

I'm about to bottle a 5 gallon batch and have boiled 4oz of priming sugar in 2 cups of water. I left the pot uncovered while it boiled and around a cup and a half has boiled away. Should I dilute the primer and reboil or is the sugar in half a cup of liquid enough?

Many thanks

The sugar is the important part. I would not dilute and reboil, it would be a waste of time IMO, unless you have some calculations based on the volume of the sugar water addition.
