How much priming sugar for 5 galllons at 69* to bottle condition/corbonate. Calculator I use seems very low, only 1 oz of priming sugar - dextrose. Thanks.
looks like that will put you at right around 1.25 volumes which is definitely low in general, but seems to be in the expected range for an ESB (.8 to 1.3 volumes). I guess it really will come down to your carbonation preference
I use this every bottling day and generally shoot to middle of the road per-style. It's nice because you can calculate with not only corn sugar but also table sugar and DME. http://kotmf.com/tools/prime.php
