So I was getting ready to bottle up a wild ale this morning and I put in the dme and had to leave to go to work. I was gone for 3.5 hours and am wondering if I should bottle it up.

Did you prime in a bottling bucket and leave it open the whole time?

At this point, I would say just bottle it up. You've come this far... so if you don't, it would be like setting the ball down on the 1 yard line.

It had the lid on the bucket and has just been sitting btw. Beer is 8% abv. And my sanitation process it dialed in. I'm going to just bottle. I aimed for 2.9 vol so even a little won't be to much to change that
