Iam thinking about leaving my stouts in primary for a few weeks and then crash cooling them for a few days and then rack into kegs, force carb and store. Anyone see any problems with this. Normally I have been going to secondary then to kegs etc.. I have 9 stouts in primary and looking for some proper time saving methods. thanks
 
Sounds fine. I don't use a secondary any more, I add gelatin to my primary and cold crash for 5-7 days then rack. That is for lagers. For a stout I wouldn't bother with finings or cold crashing unless it was really cloudy...
