My Costco Chardonnay is kind of stuck at 1.018 after 14 days. Rack to secondary or waitÉ
 
Yeast? No idea, whatever came in the Costco kit.
Temp? 70 F
Gravity - 1.082
I did rack it earlier today. Going good at the moment.
 
EC118. It has been 7 days since I racked to carboys and it is still going good. Starting to wonder when it will end. Temp 72F.
 
Checked gravity today. It is .996. Racked and added the packets as instructed.
