Hey all. I made a 5 gallon batch of Yoopers Haus Pale Ale about a month ago. It bubbled away quite nicely for about 3 days and died off just as fast. Been sitting in the primary vessel since untouched. But while sitting around doing nothing, something I am really good at, I can hear it blip every once in awhile. Maybe once an hour or less. I went over and looked at the air lock and it shows it must still be moving very slowly as it was not even at all. I find this very odd since it has never happened to me before. Any thoughts or suggestions?

First off I do have to apologize as I said it was Yoopers Pale Ale when in fact it is Ed Worts Pale Ale. My apologies. Nottingham yeast was used. Carboy has been sitting in my living room since day one. It's been cold and I think my average house temp was about 62 air temp.

It's most likely just off gassing check the gravity now and a few days from now to be sure a bug isn't fermenting it. I wouldn't worry I'd just bottle it asap.
