Picked up a sixxer of this on a whim earlier. I was prepared to be disappointed, as I've never had a mild and never have been terribly interested in them. I think their description does it justice:
"Our interpretation of an American mild. A smooth medium bodied session beer with a bright citrus hop aroma and finish."
It's got a nice little citrus hop bite at the finish that makes it nice and refreshing. Now granted, this is an "American interpretation" of a mild. It's 5% abv and 29IBU, so I think it's quite a bit above a standard mild. It's on the low end of an APA if you ask me.
Anyway, if it wasn't $9+ per six pack, I could definitely see myself drinking this on a regular basis. It would also be worth trying to clone.
