Price of bottles

Ive just been working my way through emptying some bottles ready for my firts brew and it's just occurred to me that I can get a bottle, label, cap and some pretty decent beer for just slightly more then simple empty bottle cost's me from the LHBS

How's that work?

That's exactly why I wouldn't buy empty bottles. Heck, I got a case of Sierra Nevada Celebration today for $30....a great beer and they are great bottles. If I was seriously strapping for cash, I would go to my local bar and ask if I can have their empties instead of buying them. Luckily I'm not
