How do I keep my plate chiller from clogging? From my extract brewing experiences, the hop bags still allow some hops to leach out into the wort. I can see clogging could be a problem. To take this a step further, since I prefer to be lazy, is there a way to avoid the bags all together and filter the hops out at the end? I thought maybe using a stainless steel braided hose in the kettle itself might do the trick.
