Built a spunding valve off of the specs from homebrewfinds.com
They listed this pressure relief valve off of amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007GDY3CU/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

I bought it, but unfortunately didn't read the reviews before I bought it.
The psi marks on the valve mean nothing.
I set it to 20psi, turned on the CO2 and the valve opened up when the pressure gauge only hit about 5psi.
I found that to keep a psi of 20 you had to set the valve to 50psi.

It works, but its really annoying that the markings don't match the proper psi level.

So, has anyone built a spunding valve with a GOOD relief valve that they can recommend?

I believe that, no matter how that valve is advertised, that the 0-100 markings are %of spring tension. So if it is screwed in to 100 and regulates to 40psi, then when set at 50(%) it will regulate at to 20psi.
At least thats how mine works...

Yep after playing with it more this definitely seems to be how it is working as a % and not PSI.
