Pressure barrels

An i re rack my beer from one barrel to another ?? If so do i need to add more sugar for carbination ??

If you are just jumpering your naturally carbed beer from one keg to the other you will lose some pressure from the transfer process. You will not lose as much if you push it using outside CO2. If you keep the receiving keg on pressure and slowly vent you will get less foaming too.
