So I am doing my first brew, tried to keep it simple and did the most basic kit I could get. Coopers English bitter pre hopped lme kit. I have had some home brew before and it always had a sweet wine taste , and that is what I am getting now. The batch is three weeks old ( I know it's not done ) not bottled yet. So my question is, is this what I should expect from this kind of kit or will that sweet wine taste go away with more time. I plan to get a brewers best kit next will this be better? Thanks.
