brewed this weekend, and it was just hot out. while cooling down my wort, it pretty much just stuck at 80 degrees. put it in the carboy, stuck it in the basement until it got down to where i wanted it then pitched.
question is, i made this 3/8" chiller back when i did extract, and its probably 10'-12' i'd guess (can't remember). i haven't used it in forever, but would 10' be long enough? or would i want to look into getting around 20' to make a pre-chiller?
