Power Cable Question

I found this on ebay:

I am wondering if anyone sees any issues in using this to connect my spa panel to my control panel (I need a long run to get from the basement to my patio). Seems like a good price for a 10/4 power cable instead of buying the wire itself and making it.

If you really need 40', it would be tough to beat. If you needed less, you might be able to save a few bucks by making your own, but it may not be worth it.

Lowes gets $2.55 a foot for SO cord and that's without the ends..
