I amjust finishing up my stand and I have an elevated hot liquor tank using gravity for my keggles just looking for ideas for fly sparging setups

I'll try to post a picture tomorrow but I'll describe mine. I made a ring of 1/2" flexible copper tubing that fits into my keg tun. It has a crosspiece with a T in the middle for attaching the hose. There are 1/8" holes drilled all the way around so that the water flows towards the middle of the keg.
Now for the interesting part. I stripped some 10 gauge copper wire from some old romex and soldered 3 strands onto the ring. I hook these over the lip of the keg so I can adjust the height of the sparge ring above the mash depending on the grain bill-the bigger the grain bill the fuller the mash tun so I can easily raise the ring so that it is about 3 inches above the mash

I pour water over a large, wooden spoon! Once I start my run off, I just draw pitchers of water out of my a bottling bucket. The water has been kept warm in the kettle up until right about time to start runoff so temp loss in the bucket is a non-issue. Takes me about 5-10 minutes to get all of my sparge water in without disturbing the grain bed. Then I just close the lid on my cooler MLT and let gravity do it's thing. Come back to it in about 50 minutes and crank the flame on the kettle!

I used a rotating sparge arm before I converted to a eHERMS. A lot of brewers on here have had problems with them but mine always worked fine. I just used a ball valve on the HLT outlet to control the flow. I swapped it out for a custom copper manifold with my eHERMS. It was ok but was hard to clean. My favorite has been a siphon sprayer; it's cheap and works great. If you ever decide to convert to a HERMS/RIMS, it won't clog and it's easy to clean.
