I pressed my apples On Sunday and stored it in a clean carboy with added sodium metabisulphite for the last couple days. Last night I transfered it to a primary and added my yeast nutrients pectin enzyme and lavin 1118 yeast. I noticed almost immediately a different smell to my other batches and saw his one was the only one forming something on top so soon. Readin it could be a film yeast I added another 100ppm of metabisulphite. This morning I looked and it's still there. What should I do next? It'd be a shame to waste 5 gallons of juice. Also should I add another pack of yeast After I add more metabisulphite?
Thanks for any help,
Hector
