so i brewed sunday and today there is almost no activity in my fermentor bucket...

any advice on what i should do? should i go ahead and take a specific gravity or just wait?

this was a partial grain/extract brew....

just kinda worried because i know its suppose to stay in the fermentor bucket for 7 days then move on to the carboy...but it appears to have stopped activity

Probably already done. Did you have bubbling activity at all? When you rack it do a gravity check to see where you are.

well yesterday is when i saw that it really slowed down.. just took a specific gravity reading and its at 1.010..

should i leave it a little longer or go ahead and rack it to the carboy?
