Possible Infection in yeast starter?

Hey all,

I recently tried harvesting yeast from a bottle for the first time, and after the first step-up, I noticed it looked... interesting. So my question is: Am I correct and is this infected? Should I just buy some yeast and abandon this?

How does it smell? I'd say it's likely an infection (doesn't quite look like yeast rafts to me).

What kind of yeast strain is it? How long since pitching? Did you cold crash?

Pacman, and 4 hours. And I don't know what cold crashing is.
