My Sanyo died on me today and I have a pumkin (in primary) ale made Nov13 I want to keg. The fridge is dead so what is the alternative for me?
Well I just put my better bottle filled with yummie ale into my garage which is about 45-46F right now (830pm boston december weather). That should achieve my crash-cool settle, is it wise to just use my garage instead of a fridge to force carb in keg? The temperature will essentially remain at about 45F. The booze will be nice and cold when I hit it with 30psi and shake. Are there issues I have not taken into account?
