I made the cottonball porter from the recipe at www.brewersconnection.com and it rocked. This stuff was awesome without aging it. You could probably use this recipe and add some smoked malt to the steeping grains. And no, I am not affiliated in any way to this store. I just buy my brewing supplies from them.
