I was wondering if anyone had a good extract porter recipe? I have been on a huge porter kick lately (currently drinking a Founders Porter clone my buddy brewed up this fall). Scheduled brew date is January 28th.
I'm currently in primary fermentation with a Helles that is getting close to going into secondary (hopefully Sunday). My better half is asking for a Hefe so I plan on doing that after the porter, possibly the following weekend if yeast temps are similar as I converted my chest freezer to a fermentation chamber.
