Hello,

I'm in subject to brew a nice English style porter.
I am pretty new at brewing so I'd be very thankful for some feedback on this (aiming for something close to Fuller's London Porter). 11L batch.

6% Briess Caramel Malt 80L
4% Briess Chocolate Malt
1% Crisp Black Malt

10g Fuggles (6,1%) 60 min - 10,6 IBU
12g Fuggles (6,1%) 30 min - 9,7 IBU
13g Fuggles (6,1%) 15 min - 6,8 IBU

MM-klar 3,2g 10 min (Fining)

1 pkg Safale S-04; fermenting at 17 degrees celcius for 2 weeks

30 min Steep special malts 75 degrees celcius
Pale Malt 67 degrees celcius mash for 60 min
