I'd like to know how to make a port kit less sweet? I've made several ports from kits and the last one I made was an Apple Tatin Port and it was really too sweet. I'm planning on making Wine Experts Blackberry Port but don't want it as sweet as the Apple Tatin Port. Thanks.
 
Port is a fortified wine, so I would say let it ferment out a little more before you fortify it?
