so i am doing a winexpert chocolate rasberry 3 gal port kit.
my starting grav was 1.127
my FG is still at 1.020

the kit says it needs to go down below 1.010 before i can stabilize. it has been at this FG for over 2 wks. no bubbling going on anymore.

what should i do?

I am a newb and may not be any help but does the hydrometer you use have a target temperature for readings? I had problems with my readings at first because I was not checking at the 60 degree mark my hydrometer say it needs.

Do not panic, those last few points can take a bit. Consider giving it a good stir, and check in 2-3 days. Also, if your fermenting temp is below 70 it tends to take longer.

The last port I did stalled at the same point. Warming it up and stirring helped.

Like Sara said, it does take a while....

thanks. it has been kinda cold. i have a small heater in there.
will try to give it a stir
