Highlights the English (EKG) and American (cascade) hops with a good malt ballance.

I've done this one 3 or 4 times now, and its always a hit. The mix of English and American profile hops kind of gives a mellow/refreshing aroma and flavor. The honey malt adds a little body and malt flavor that kind of helps ballance the hops.
