That is my Hugh Heffe...

I will be posting my upcoming brew vids here after editing.

Here is another compilation... it is pretty cool. I call it POLTUBE!

MOVED TO OP

I have some pretty junk... I do.

It seems to work pretty well for cutting, editing, adding music etc... I will probably use this application to put together my series of instructional videos on how to brew with my system. I am looking forward to it!

POLTUBE lives...

Drizzle... where the heck have you been? Been keeping up on my projects?

Actually, since Dec 19th I have had 6 days at home... so, they found my number again. Did a day trip today, got home in time to get buzzed by 4pm...

What you up to? Hows STL? When ya coming over?

That is one VERY IMPRESSIVE RIG you got there Pol!!! How long did it take you to do that?? Maybe one day I can...

By the way...the Ari Lock video had me on the edge of my seat! :cross: Awesome...can't wait to see your brew video...make sure you give us ample time to prepare to watch the video...don't do it next saturday cause I have to work! just kiddin'...(actually I do have to work):D

Oh...and if you have to hear it...Yes, your junk looks nice!?!?

Meh, I'm in LGA. I have a line this go around. Nice to break 75 for once. I'll come over when they pry the 145 from my cold dead fingers.

Drizzle... been flying with a lot of your 145 bretheren in the right seat. Sounds like St Louis is going to be busy for a couple months with more transfers. Good news about the line, I am looking at about 2 more years reserve duty here in IND. From the way BB and WH are talking, I think there is a 190 deal in the works.

Keep in touch man... never get on Republicpilots anymore....

Hey, thanks Kug...

I appreciate the kind words regarding my junk. It brews as good as it looks too... the shelves are all diamond plate now... just have not brewed on it since October while I finished the E-keggle upgrade on it.
It has been an evolving process for three years... though the actual build could be done in a couple months and for about $2000. There are a few guys here on HBT building the same system, with my spreadsheets to control the HLT, and one has his running already and really enjoys it.
I will be making an edited video and posting it here, and maybe on YouTube as well. So it will be available for viewing when you are Kug.

Again, thanks for the comments...

Impressive POL!

Thanks, I should have a few REAL BREWING vids up in a week or so once I finish my next brew. I will detail every step in the coming vids, the one in the OP is just a compilation of some pics and vids from previous sessions.

#1 The Design
#2 The Setup
#3 The Mash
#4 The Sparge
#5 The Boil
#6 The Clean-up

So basically you gat set it and walk away?? That rocks!:rockin: I guess the next step would be stepping up to 15gals, huh? I doubt SWMBO would allow me to make something like that. Probably doesn't take up that much space...samething as a 3 tier...to bad most garages here in AZ are small...unless I had a 350K house with a 3 car. If your going to dream, dream big...right?

And I swear...I didn't look too long at your junk! :cross:

Basically, yeah. I set the temp controller, turn on the pump... walk away. An hour later I return and the mash is still within .5F of my desired MLT temp.

I then punch in the mashout temp, and come back in 20 minutes... then I swap one hose with a QD and start the sparge.

I will not be doing larger batches, I discussed this in one of my other threads, but larger than 5 gallon batches will actually HURT my brewing hobby at this point.

Admit it, you were looking at my junk, and Shecky wants to see me shirtless (he may get his wish!):D

POL,
I love the rig...thanks for the great vid!

You are welcome... the upcoming vids will be a little more process oriented, hands on. I just happen to have tons of pics and video in my photobucket account and wanted to play with thier editing application to see if I can make it work for me.

It works!

Sweet brother Pol...very sweet indeed :rockin:

Of course, i was waiting for Nancy Sinatra to make a cameo in go go boots, or a quick head shot of Goldie Hawn popping out from behind a door and telling a joke. (Yes yes... another outdated reference.... i'm full of them)
