I've been shopping around for future electric brewery parts, and this seems like too good a deal... any catch here? It looks like this pot is sold by Adventures In Homebrewing and others too, but Label Peelers is running a 22% off coupon right now.
60 quart Polar Ware pot with lid, 108.80 - 22% = $84.86. Two of them shipped to me for $193.48.
I know this pot doesn't have the tri-clad bottom, but for an electric brew pot that's really a non-issue. Needs a ball valve of course. Just seems like a good deal for an experimental DIY pot I'm gonna drill holes in for a kettle & hlt/herms.
Anyone have experience with these kettles, or with Label Peelers?
