Was in NC and really enjoyed this brew on tap, brought home a couple of 4-packs which didn't last long. Hazy IIPA with Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and local honey give a good balance and the grain bill provides a solid mouthfeel. Can take some guesses for the grains and adjuncts, assume a straightforward mash schedule, but anyone have experience with this brew?
