I'm sure this question has come up before and I just didn't come across it.
I just got a burner and large kettle so I can do full-wort boils now. I don't have the equipment to do a full-mash, but do have enough for a BIAB brew day. I'd like to do a PM BIAB of around 4lbs grains. Since this is essentially a partial-mash, I'm wondering what volume of water would one use for BIAB method of 4lbs grain? I've been doing partial-mashes of this recipe and worked up to 2lbs grain in a little igloo water cooler on the counter. Beers turned out amazing by the way!
