I could be wrong, but last I read it's rare for RR to send Pliny over the Rockies. Philly gets things like Sublimation, Damnation, etc.

Philly gets Pliny on a pretty regular basis, they don't send bottles over the Rockies, draft only. They also get most of the sours, as well as younger and blind blind pig kegs as well. Hope this helps OP, come on down for Philly beer week, you won't be disappointed

Note: I am on the east coast and I was I was in Colorado Springs and decided to try and buy some. The beer store had a waiting list for it, limit 2 per list spot. I gathered it sold out as soon as it arrived, via the order of the list. Which is fair, BUT not very helpful for people who don't live in the area.
