Please point me in the right direction - (mash tun)

Can some one help give me an idea of how to make a mash tun? I tried the How to brew bulk head fitting but it leaks! Someone please help me make a mash tun. Also I am going to use the braded method

Looks good. I plan to add a few of the parts that are used there. I use food grade silicone to help seal the tun, but the washers on the outside may some. I use at screen that I bought at a homebrew shop. I like the idea of the braid. I may try that on my 3 gallon gott or if I upgrade to a ten gallon.
