Ladies and Gents

I am going to attempt to make the following at the weekend.
http://hbd.org/cgi-bin/recipator/recipator?group=20&item=4973
This will be my first extract and only my third brew. I have ordered all the ingredients but am unsure of the process, ie how to do it. Can somebody please look at the above link and give me some instructions on how to do it as it makes little sense to me.

Thanks

Adam

Put Belgian Pilsner and Cara-Pils into grain bag and steep in 3 gallons of water at 155 deg F for 45 minutes. Remove grain bag and add as much water as you can to boil (if you can boil a full 5 gallons, then go ahead; if not, then don't worry and just boil what you can). Bring water up to boiling. Remove from heat and add LME and DME along with Candi Sugar. Return to heat and once boiling add 60 min hops addition. Continue to boil for 45 more minutes and then add Irish Moss and the 15 min hops addition. Keep boiling for another 15 minutes and add aroma hops during last 2-5 minutes of boil. Remove from heat and chill to below 80 degrees F. Add to primary and fill with enough water to total 5 gallons. Really shake your wort around to really aerate it. Pitch your yeast and cap with airlock or blow off tube...and sit back and enjoy a brew. Keep in primary for a week, or until bubbling substantially slows. Then rack to secondary for another 2 or so weeks. Bottle using corn sugar.

Pretty straight forward. If you have any questions, then I'd recommend doing a little brush-up reading. The goal is to enjoy the process and I always find that hard when I feel like I haven't got a clue what I'm doing. It's really not rocket science and a little familiarization goes a long way. Enjoy! :mug:

Another question.
Where the hell do you get corn sugar in the UK?? I can't find it anywhere. If I can't get this whats the next best thing to use??

You can use DME instead, though it will take a bit longer to carbonate.
Someone else will need to tell you how much DME to use as compared to the corn sugar.
