I want to do something different and have decided that something with a base of Hoegaarden but hopped like an Alesmith IPA or Lagunitas IPA. Here is what I have so far:

4# Belgian 2-row
3# Belgian Wheat Malt
2# Belgian Flaked Wheat
.5# Belgian Aromatic
.25# Flaked Oats

.5oz Simcoe (FWH)
.2oz Amarillo (25 min)
.2oz Willamette (20 min)
.2oz Simcoe (15 min)
.25oz Bitter Orange (15 min)
.15tsp Crushed Cumin Seed (15 min)
Whirlfloc??? <---will it be able clarify???
.25oz Willamette (10 min)
.5oz Cascade (5 min)
.75tsp Crushed Coriander Seed (5 min)
1oz Cascade (1 min)

White Labs Wit II (WLP410)

It seems a little crazy but in my head sounds delicious...please help with this recipe. :mug:

That actually sounds really tasty to me! The only thing I would alter, (and this is just a personal preference), is to swap the cumin for black pepper. I would skip the whirlfloc, a wheat beer should be cloudy, save the tab for another batch.

I would like to clarify it...regardless of style. Is it possible to clarify this beer or will it have a haze no matter what? I upped the hops slightly taking it to about 75 IBUs. Will the grain bill be able to handle that amount of hops? Thanks for the recommendation, I think I will sub the pepper for the cumin...

You can get a wheat to clarify if you want with whirlfloc and cold crashing.
It looks like your sitting around 1.050, I don't think I would go over about 60 IBUs, I wouldn't go over about 1.1:1 IBU/GU. If you want to keep the hops that high, aim for about 1.060 or a bit above that.
