Hi guys,

I am planning to make a double batch (10 gallon) with my buddy and split it onto (2) fermentors. He is not a real craft brew drinker and doesn't like hoppy beers. Even pale ale is a little bit too much. He wants to make beer, that his friends would enjoy too. (not hoppy and not dark)

I have some ingredients left from different kit. We decided to buy more to make 10 gallon batch.

I have 6.3lbs of Golden LME
1 lbs golden DME
1 oz Tradition hops
1 oz Hersbrucker hops
1 pack of Safale US-05 yeast

What else would you recommend to get to make 10 gallon brew? What style?
I was thinking to get another 6-7 lbs of extract and different hops to make Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone since it is not all that hoppy.

I also have

0.25 lbs Belgian Cara 45
0.25 lbs Belgian Special B
and 1 lbs Dark Belgian Candi sugar

However, I wasn't planning to make a dubbel.

Dropping the Hersbrucker, IOW, just using the Tradition, you pretty much have an American Light Lager.

So, consider just brewing a one ounce of hops version so your friend can make beer.

Hop him up to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale the next batch.
