I HAVE SEVERAL PLASTIC BIG MOUTH BUBBLERS
WHILE I CLEANED THEM ALL AFTER LAST USE I SEEM TO HAVE A FILM THAT DOESNT WANT TO GO AWAY
ANY RECOMENDATION ON WHAT I MIGHT DO THE STERILIZE AND CLEan them before next use

It depends on what is causing the film. If it is white in may be some calcium build up. Try some vinegar and see it that will dissolve it. Then "sanitize" with Starsan a few minutes before you fill them. If you use it and then let the item dry it is no longer sanitary and a waste of Starsan.

I use Oxyclean or generic as my cleaner. Some peoples water chemistry makes it leave a deposit on what you are trying to clean, or so I've heard.

I've used Oxy clean alone, but it leaves a film. PBW for me. Even though mine is the homemade version, I've not had any film residue as I did with just the Oxy by itself.

For the temp, I wouldn't go any higher than what you get out of your kitchen faucet (120F?). Better Bottles have a 140 temp max, so I imagine that's the same with any of the other brands of plastic fermenters.
