I was doing a 1 gallon Belgian Tripel...everything went great until I realized I put to much yeast in the fermenter. Its going pretty crazy and is a very nasty color..will it be ok?

Has it actually changed color or does it just look milky/chunky? Either of those could just mean the yeast haven't dropped out of suspension yet.
Also, it is fairly hard to overpitch yeast, and when you do the main issues are the lack of distinct flavors produced by the yeast and a reduced viability when attempting to harvest from batch to batch, from what I've read.

Here is a thread discussing the topic.
