Pitching re-hydrated S-04 'late'

I had a Mr. Beer seasonal can sitting around that I decided to brew up. I re-hydrated my yeast like always (S-04) and when it was all said and done, my wort was still about 72F. I stuck the fermenter in the freezer to cool it down close to 60F. Will I be okay pitching even if my re-hydrated yeast sat for about an hour at 60F...given, this is a 2.2 gal. batch and I'm pitching 11g...
 
I would say so, as long as you didn't sneeze in it or something.
But I would cover it with a bit of something next time - plastic wrap, foil, a plate, anything.
