• 6 pounds Amber Malt Extract Syrup
• .5 pounds Bobby’s mix of doom
• 1 pound Blackberry Honey
• 4 pounds Fresh Blackberries (For use in secondary)
• 1 teaspoon Irish Moss
• 1 ounce New Zealand Cascade Hops (Bittering: 60 minute)
• .5 ounce Kent Goldings (Aromatic: 10 minute)

Bobby's mix of doom consists of...

2 parts Caramel Wheat
1 part American Black Patent
1 part Chocolate Wheat
1 part Chocolate Malt
1 part Chocolate Rye
1 part Black Roasted Barley

Weird, never heard of such a thing.......

Looks pretty tasty. One thing I would think about......why not use extra light DME for your fermentables and steep your own grains....I mean, whats REALLY in 'Amber' DME??
