Fermented out a Czech Pils probably 9 months ago. Pulled the plug on the temp controlled freezer and it's been sitting in there at 55 or 60 degrees ever since.

Life took over and I wrote off the batch.:(

Is it worth dry hopping, dropping down to lagering temps, and giving it a month to see where I am at? Honestly, there could be an inch of mold on the top, I have no idea!!

As long as it stayed sealed up it could be your best batch ever. What are you waiting for, rack that stuff and try it! You're the only one who can answer your question...
